Dear Heritage Families,


Here are some schedule updates and information:

**           No School on Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th due to Easter Vacation.

**           If anyone has any extra containers for microwave use and wouldn’t mind donating them to the school we would greatly appreciate it.

**           Pie Auction/Fellowship Supper- Friday, April 17th.  More information on the fellowship supper will be sent asap.  The Pie Auction sign up sheet for donations is being sent in the envelope today.  Please return asap.

**           All students not going to state convention are required to be at school the days during state convention.

**           The convention cost has been set at $85.00 per student and is due no later than Wednesday, April 15th.  All remaining expenses will be covered by the money brought in through the Pie auction on Friday, April 17th.  All entries (photography, exhibits, scripts, etc.) NEED to be turned in no later than Monday, April 13th.  All student photos for  entries (such as monologue, dialogue, piano duet) need to be taken by this date also.  There are a few things that need to be done in the office before we leave once things are handed in so we really need to have these items in asap.  Thank you to those students/parents that have already turned these projects in.  It makes my job so much easier!

**           Student Convention Dress Code Sheets are in the envelope today.  Please have student and parent sign and then return.  The students performing should know what clothing they are to wear for each performance.  If you are questioning this please call or email the school and we can help you figure it out.  All boys need to remember their black pants, ties, belts, socks and shoes as well as a white collared dress shirt.  All girls will need to remember a black skirt, black shirt (for under the performing shirts), black dress shoes, and a white collared shirt for the small and large ensemble numbers.

**           We will be leaving on Tuesday, April 21st at noon for state convention.  We will eat lunch here before we go.  We will be home Friday night.

**           All PSEO students:  Please plan out and finish your assignments before state convention as we anticipate not being able to work on it at convention.  You may bring your laptops to work on PSEO only and only if there is time.  It is a good idea to email your professors and let them know of the busy competition days.  They usually are very understanding in cases such as this.

Looking ahead:  **          YLC/Band Concert– 7 pm on Friday, May 8th–  We would like each family to bring 2 dozen cookies/bars for the fellowship time afterwards.
